Our electric conversion kit for wide-frame GS 150 Vespa scooters includes a 4kW DC brushless electric motor, rear disc brake, sinusoidal motor controller, custom made swing arm and battery holder, along with a key-less ignition, digital battery gauge, LED headlight conversion and all the necessary cables. The whole kit is powered by either one or two removable LG lithium-ion batteries.

We ship worldwide with full installation instructions on our YouTube channel that you or a local garage can follow.

Alternatively we can install the kit for you and also offer it as an engine option to customers who are looking to carry out a classic scooter restoration with us.

During the build process we strip out the old petrol engine, and install our kit as a direct replacement.

The GS 150 models can carry a choice of two battery sizes, either 1-2 medium or 1 large and charging is done from our external charger using a standard household plug and socket. Our charger can be carried onboard (depending how many batteries you have) allowing you to charge your battery anywhere you can find a socket.

The bodywork of the GS 150 is larger than that of the other 8" wheel wide-frames and as a result can carry our large size battery under the right side engine panel. If a second battery is required, we recommend using 2 medium size batteries, one under each of the side panels.

There is also the option to carry a battery behind the leg-shields (doesn't fit VS1T) on our new leg-shield battery holder with a spare wheel style cover. This battery holder is a great choice for those who prefer to leave the left side panel compartment free to carry a charger etc.
