By that I mean it's a good solid chassis , not bent , clear chassis numbers and it contains the three main important parts

Chassis ( in afore mention condition ) Handlebar and forks .

Everything else can be bought as a new reproduced part.

Handlebar and forks are being reproduced but not very well.

This is the basis of a restoration project thats worth restoring.
